1 General Terms

488win is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, form the complete agreement between you and 488win governing your use of the platform and all services offered on it.

By accessing 488win — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place bets or play casino games — you accept these terms without reservation. 3 Account Registration and Security

Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or closed.

Account Information

• You must provide your real name, a valid email address and any other information requested during registration.
• Your account details must match the details of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw. Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed on the deposit page.
• Deposits are credited to your 488win balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within minutes.
• 488win does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider if you are unsure.

488win reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal associated with it. This is to protect players from unauthorised use of their payment details.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available 488win balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your own name.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable. Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-linked funds become available for withdrawal. See the Bonuses section below for details.

• 488win aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method — withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically among the fastest.

488win reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. These checks are a normal part of responsible platform operation and are not a reflection of any wrongdoing by the player.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

488win offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and special promotions tied to events such as PSL matches or major cricket tournaments. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms which will be displayed at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met by the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account.

Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming tools will not receive bonus promotional communications during the period their limits are active.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The 488win sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, international football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Placing Bets

• Bets can only be placed by registered, logged-in players with sufficient available balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly made available for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.

Odds and Results

• In-play odds change rapidly during live events. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds shown before submitting a live bet.
• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body — for cricket this is the ICC or the relevant board; for PSL fixtures it is the PCB result. 488win's settlement decision is final.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 488win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Void Bets and Abandonments

• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules per sport are detailed in the individual sports betting rules pages within the platform.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, bets may be settled on the revised match result as determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.

8 Casino Games and Fish Games

488win offers a range of casino games including slot games, live casino tables — baccarat, roulette, blackjack — and fish arcade games. The following general rules apply.

• All casino games on 488win use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from established game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 488win.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — whether in the game software, server or live stream — the affected game round will be declared void and your stake will be returned. No winnings from a malfunctioned round will be paid.

11 Limitation of Liability

• 488win is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
• 488win is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, server downtime or force majeure events.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance display or incorrect odds being shown, 488win reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings arising from a technical error that you knew or ought reasonably to have known about may be voided.
• Your total liability to 488win for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
